Existing clients
Once you have joined the program, you have priority over your class position providing you re-enrol by the closing date of registration.

- During each term, teachers will notify you of re-enrolment dates with
- verbal reminders
- signage
- enrolment forms at the venues
- reminders on our website calendar
- To avoid disappointment losing your class position, you will need to communicate with our office (08) 94987700 10am-2pm if you foresee any difficulty re-enrolling by the due registration date.
- Classes for the next term are scheduled to go ahead in the same times and days. The office will only contact you if we will need to discuss any changes to your class for the next term.
- Requests to change days, times or venues: Your enrolment form has a section for requests to change which you simply fill in and return by the due date. Requests for change are processed when all forms are received and although we do our utmost to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee it. Our office staff will notify you of the outcome well before the start of the new term.
